Andrea Romero, a kick-ass entrepreneur who’s well known in this town for her dedication to entrepreneurship (we’ve all heard of MIX Santa Fe, right?) also founded and runs an award-winning ostrich ranch, Tall Foods. Andrea will shed some light on the business of raising big birds, but for a sneak peek check out her TEDxABQ talk, “Flightless and fearless: Ostriches can save the world.”
 
We’ll also get a taste of what making world-class spirits are all about from Whiskey Aficionado and Owner of Santa Fe Spirits, Colin Keegan (or one of his exceptional employees), as we gather at SFS's south side distillery (not to be confused with their downtown tasting room).
